Two women are seen sitting near cut-outs of people hiding behind objects to defecate, at the central business district in Singapore. The squeaky clean city-state on Saturday commemorated World Toilet Day with a four-day exhibition, in a bid to generate public awareness that an estimated 2.6 billion people or 42 percent of the world's population do not have adequate sanitation.
